Green Smoothie: What I am having for breakfast/DINNER?


You might be wondering, dinner? Yes, you heard me right. While smoothies are a norm for breakfast or brunch, it's very rare to hear anyone opting them for dinner. However, lately I have been having some really big lunches and not watching the bowls of chips. This is when the smoothie comes to the rescue, for a lighter evening. It also acts like a mini-cleanse lol I need something to feel good about.


The Green Smoothie is a favourite recipe of mine, feel free to try at breakfast, lunch or dinner - there are no rules here. It's high in protein too, in the flaxseed and hemp seed.
