I used hazelnut milk for flavour and extra sweetness, type of milk is of course optional. BLEND ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER.
I love green smoothies, they are filling and make it easier for me to eat my greens before they go off.

To add sweetness to your smoothies try apples, they also enhance your metabolism. I have been into flax seeds and hulled hemp seeds lately, I add them to my smoothies, porridge and salads – they are high in Omega3 and protein.
